1. Neck finish matching: Confirm compatibility with PCO 1810, PCO 1881, or other neck finish standards based on the customer's existing preform molds or blow-molding equipment, without the need to redevelop the neck structure.
2. Liner options: Foamed liner, direct-pressure seal, or linerless direct sealing structure available, confirmed based on the filling medium (water/carbonated beverage) and storage period.
3. Opening torque: The target opening and closing torque range can be confirmed based on the customer's preform specifications and filling line equipment parameters.
4. Appearance and marking: Customizable Pantone colors supported; logo/printing options include embossing, in-mold, pad printing, or surface printing, confirmed based on MOQ and mold design.
5. Packing quantity: Bulk or carton-packed, with quantity per carton confirmed based on the customer's storage and production line loading method.
Cooperation Process:
1. Select a model: Let us know the neck finish standard you need (such as PCO 1810 or PCO 1881) along with the bottle shape and volume specifications. Send us your specific requirements, and we will respond with a quotation within 24 hours.
2. Custom development: Once the proposal is confirmed, we will complete sample verification within 72 hours, testing the structural fit between the cap and neck as well as brand logo compatibility.
3. Production and delivery: Strict quality control is implemented throughout production. Upon order completion, a full inspection is carried out, and the products are shipped to the designated address within the agreed timeframe.
